I just want to take the time to acknowledge Heather Huffman!!!! She did an amazing job helping my brother and I get an apt. I was so blessed I came across her!!!!!!She advocated 1,000% on my behalf to get into my 1st townhome. She now has been working to help my brother and he has also signed his lease!!! I highly recommend her and if it were to me, I'd give her a higher star rating!!! Thank You, Heather for everything!!!!! This woman even worked her butt off to answer my questions and concerns on the weekends when she should be relaxing with her baby girl!!! God bless you and all you do!!!!

Dora was super helpful and honestly made the whole apartment search way easier than we expected. She found us a really nice place for a great price, and it all happened really fast too. She always answered our questions and made sure we understood everything. You can tell she actually cares about helping people find the right place. Definitely recommend her if you’re trying to find an apartment without all the stress. also is very good with Spanish if you aren’t the best with English. Habla español y si ayuda a la gente.

My bf and I have a few challenges to work with when looking for an apartment. After applying to a few places and not being accepted, I decided to call Citywide Realty and Apartment Locators. We set up an appointment and Corey was very communicative. The day of the appointment we met at his office and went over some apartments and a game plan. We got accepted to our very first pick! Honestly, it would have been so much money down the drain and time wasted if it weren’t for Corey and Citywide! Mark Hernandez is incredible. His sense of service to me upon listing my duplex for sale in South Austin was incredible. Yes, he did all of the traditional functions that real estate agents do but he also went well beyond what was expected. Multiple times, he hopped in his car immediately to meet contractors who were repairing the duplex as well as meeting prospective buyers on no notice whatsoever... And his sense of transparency and honesty is incredible as well...He's just an awesome human being and if you are considering the sale of a property in the Austin area, I cannot recommend Mark enough! He is truly awesome!
